Area Coach

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Area Coach to support operations across multiple Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) locations within our growing organization. This role supports high-volume operations across brands that may include Popeyes, Burger King, Starbucks, Firehouse Subs, and Asian concepts throughout the Southeast region.The Area Coach partners closely with General Managers to ensure consistent execution of brand standards, operational efficiency, labor management, and exceptional guest experiences. This role focuses on coaching, operational leadership, performance improvement, and reinforcing company expectations across assigned locations.Key ResponsibilitiesOperational ExecutionSupport consistent execution of brand standards, food safety, cleanliness, and service expectations.Conduct regular restaurant visits to assess operations and identify opportunities for improvement.Assist General Managers in resolving operational challenges and improving overall store performance.Reinforce operational consistency across assigned locations and concepts.Leadership & CoachingCoach and support General Managers and restaurant leadership teams to improve operational execution and team performance.Reinforce company expectations, policies, procedures, and operational standards.Support leadership development, training, and succession planning initiatives at the store level.Promote accountability and continuous improvement across restaurant teams.Labor & Cost ControlMonitor labor scheduling, staffing alignment, productivity, and overtime to support operational efficiency.Support inventory management, waste reduction, and cost control initiatives.Assist in identifying opportunities to improve restaurant profitability and operational effectiveness.Performance SupportReview store-level KPIs including sales, labor percentage, food cost, and guest satisfaction metrics.Support implementation of action plans designed to improve operational and financial performance.Assist in execution of company initiatives and operational priorities across assigned locations.Compliance & StandardsEnsure adherence to company policies, food safety standards, and regulatory requirements.Support employee relations processes and operational compliance in partnership with leadership and Human Resources.Reinforce workplace expectations, safety standards, and operational accountability.Guest ExperienceReinforce a culture of fast, friendly, and accurate service.Monitor guest feedback and support operational improvements at the store level.Ensure consistent delivery of brand and guest experience standards across assigned concepts.QualificationsRequiredHigh school diploma or equivalent5+ years of experience in QSR or restaurant operationsMulti-unit management or operational leadership experienceProven experience coaching and supporting General Managers and restaurant leadership teamsStrong operational, leadership, and people development skillsStrong communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilitiesAbility to travel frequently between assigned locations throughout the Southeast regionPreferredBachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or related fieldExperience managing multiple restaurant concepts or franchise systemsExperience supporting high-volume restaurant operationsStrong financial and operational acumenPhysical RequirementsAbility to work in both office and restaurant environmentsFrequent standing, walking, and movement within restaurant locationsExposure to kitchen environments including heat, noise, and fast-paced conditionsAbility to lift up to 20 lbs.Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs requireWhy Join Us?Join a growing organization with multiple nationally recognized restaurant concepts where you can make a direct impact on operations, leadership development, and guest satisfaction.Equal Opportunity EmployerWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer and provide equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, genetic information, veteran status, or any other protected classification under applicable law.Other DutiesThis description outlines the primary job elements and may be adjusted to meet evolving business needs.
