Charlotte Tilbury Freelance (Event Support - Seasonal) Charlotte Tilbury is seeking Freelance Makeup Artists to join the team as part of the Charlotte Tilbury Freelance Makeup Artist program. This role requires strong makeup artistry, sales and customer service talents. You will teach customers Charlotte's artistry secrets learned from over 20 years at the top of the industry with celebrities and brands, and deliver the philosophy of artistry made easy through a personalized shopping experience. You will need strong artistry, sales and service talents, and will teach customers Charlotte's secrets of artistry and deliver her philosophy of artistry made easy, while helping to build an amazing beauty business. A sales-driven mindset and experience in beauty or retail are required. Responsibilities Promote and create makeup magic in store while representing the ethos, products and image of Charlotte Tilbury. Drive in-store business through exceptional makeup artistry and customer service as part of an elite team. Reflect brand values and engage with the customer base to deliver a personalized shopping experience. Achieve sales targets through creating an outstanding customer experience and exemplary service. Lead by example to deliver the Tilbury Touch and maintain high standards of customer care. Demonstrate a positive, cooperative approach with colleagues and foster open, professional, creative communication. Maintain counter readiness from open to close, ensuring hygiene and organization of display units, tools and testers. Assist with inventory management, stock counts, rotation and timely replenishment. Assist with visual merchandising, new launch displays, and collateral placement in collaboration with Sales and Brand teams. Support event execution and maintain regular communication with the Brand field team to address counter needs or concerns. Adhere to scheduling, clocking in/out, and submission of timesheets in payroll systems. Qualifications Strong makeup artistry skills and experience in beauty retail. Sales-driven with a focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience. Ability to teach customers Charlotte Tilbury's artistry philosophy and techniques.
