General warehouse

We are a growing electronics manufacturing company in Santa Clara specializing in custom printed circuit boards (PCBs). Because we operate on a smaller, close-knit scale, every team member makes a direct impact. We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Associate who is eager to learn the PCB trade, wear multiple hats, and grow alongside our business.

salary: $19 - $20 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 7 AM - 4 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

This is a versatile, hands-on role perfect for someone who enjoys variety in their workday. You will focus primarily on preparing delicate electronic products for shipping, while stepping in to assist with general warehouse operations, inventory control, and receiving.

Key Responsibilities

• Kitting & Shipping Prep: Carefully inspect, pack, and label printed circuit boards and electronic components to ensure safe transit.
• Warehouse Support: Assist with receiving incoming materials, stocking inventory, and maintaining an organized, efficient workspace.
• Quality & Detail Check: Verify shipping orders against physical inventory to ensure 100% accuracy in parts and quantities.
• Process Improvement: Learn our workflow and collaborate with production to streamline how products move from assembly to shipping.

What We Are Looking For

• Sharp Attention to Detail: Circuit boards are sensitive and small; handling them requires precision, patience, and high standards.
• Eagerness to Learn: No prior PCB experience? No problem. We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic who wants to learn the trade from the ground up.
• Adaptability: You enjoy a dynamic environment where duties shift day-to-day based on operational needs.
• Physical Capability: Ability to lift up to 40 lbs, stand for extended periods, and perform precise hand movements for packaging.
