This role partners closely with leadership to support employee relations, performance management, compliance, engagement, and organizational effectiveness. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment, maintains the highest level of confidentiality, and is passionate about creating a positive employee experience while supporting Nextech's continued growth and success. As a Human Resources Business Partner, you'll play a key role in shaping the employee experience and supporting leaders across the organization.
