Shift: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm Driver License is required to drive a company vehicle We are looking for associates who: Must be 21 years of age or older and have an active driver’s license. Assist customers during the sales process using ERP software, while maintaining professional sales demeanor. Ability to track and fulfill sales orders by picking orders, creating appropriate documentation, and placing follow-up calls. Pick, pack, and ship orders. Orders range from a small box to pallets. Receive and store inventory in a safe and correct manner. Record damaged or defective materials. Drive company truck(s) with great care, assuring compliance with all prevailing traffic laws and legal speed limits, and safety protocol. Provides associates with possible solutions and/or appropriate contact information when problems arise, reports observations of customer opportunities and problems to the Warehouse Manager. Loads and unloads materials from truck in an accurate, efficient, and safe manner, utilizing proper body mechanics and proper equipment (e.g., forklift). Receive and check-in deliveries, pickups and returns to ensure quality and quantity of products. Cut wire, rod, or strut, safely utilizing the appropriate equipment. Ability to maintain and develop customer relationships. Actively stay up to date on product knowledge and generate product stock request. Create and maintain positive working relationships and a safe and clean environment. What you bring: A minimum of one year experience in the electrical industry and/or willingness to learn electrical products. Ability to effectively communicate, stay organized and work within a team. Willing to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacket. You will also use push carts and rolling ladders. Ability to climb into and drive delivery vehicles. Ability to unload material at customer site, including heavy and bulky items. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without accommodation. Ability to be on your stand for extended periods and traverse the warehouse with or without accommodation. Basic problem-solving skills and computer skills.
