Job Description

We are seeking dependable and motivated Event Setup Staff to join our Baton Rouge team.

In this position, you will assist with preparing venues and event spaces for a variety of events. You will work closely with other team members to organize materials, arrange equipment and event elements, maintain clean and professional spaces, and help ensure everything is ready before guests arrive.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the setup and breakdown of event spaces.
• Arrange tables, chairs, displays, equipment, signage, and other event materials.
• Prepare event areas according to provided layouts and instructions.
• Load, unload, organize, and safely handle event equipment and supplies.
• Help maintain clean, organized, and professional event spaces.
• Work closely with event coordinators and other team members.
• Complete setup tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
• Assist with last-minute adjustments before and during events when needed.
• Follow company procedures and venue guidelines.
• Help ensure equipment and materials are properly stored after events.
