Our Website: Responsibilities: Greet and check in patients in a professional, courteous manner at the front desk Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments using medical scheduling software Verify insurance eligibility and collect co-pays and patient payments Answer and triage incoming phone calls, relay messages, and respond to patient inquiries Maintain and update accurate patient records and demographics in the EMR system Coordinate referrals, prior authorizations, and communication with insurance providers Ensure the front desk and waiting area remain organized and welcoming at all times Requirements: Prior medical office front desk or receptionist experience is required
