Job Summary
Operating Room RN (Registered Nurse) Rockport, ME. This position involves providing circulating nurse services within a small community hospitals operating room. The role requires team collaboration, flexibility, and experience across multiple surgical service lines. The successful candidate will support the facilitys commitment to patient-centered care and teamwork.

Job Details

• Schedule: Days, 0700-1630 shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week, with one day off per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid RN license, minimum of 5 years of OR circulating experience, BLS certification, ACLS certification for on-call duties, experience in a smaller facility OR, and familiarity with multiple service lines such as Ortho, Urology, OB/GYN, General Surgery, ENT.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in diverse surgical specialties, team-oriented attitude, and willingness to assist with room turnovers.
• Additional Information: This position is a contractor replacement, with start date anticipated for 08/09/2026. On-call expectations include one weeknight call from 1630 to 0700, and one weekend of on-call every 6 weeks, involving a 48-hour period from Saturday 0700 to Monday 0700. The role involves assisting with surgical procedures, ensuring equipment readiness, and maintaining high standards of patient care. Call is an expectation of the assignment, and the candidate must be a team player willing to help across the unit as needed.
