What You'll Do

As a Lead Installer Foreman, you'll be responsible for managing commercial HVAC installation projects from start to finish while leading a team that represents the values and professionalism of B&C Mechanical.

Responsibilities

Lead commercial HVAC installation crews on new construction and remodel projects

Install and oversee:

Rooftop units

Split systems

VRF/VRV systems

Ductwork

Refrigerant piping

Condensate systems

Venting and gas piping

Controls and HVAC accessories

Coordinate with project managers, general contractors, and customers

Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to specifications

Train and mentor apprentices and junior installers

Maintain high standards of workmanship and professionalism

Uphold all company safety policies and procedures

Deliver outstanding customer service and communication

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

8+ years of commercial HVAC installation experience

Proven leadership experience leading crews and projects

Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems and installation practices

Ability to read blueprints and construction drawings

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Ability to work independently and make sound field decisions

Commitment to quality workmanship and accountability

Preferred Qualifications

EPA Certification

Preferably OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 Certification

Experience with VRF/VRV systems

Sheet metal fabrication and installation experience

Startup and commissioning experience
