What You'll Do You'll own content distribution across every active platform — Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, paid search, and whatever comes next. You schedule the content, manage the communities, monitor performance, and optimize what works. The Creative Soldiers produce it. The Brand team approves it. You get it in front of the audience and make sure it drives pipeline — not just impressions. Daily Rhythm (How You Operate) Daily: publish on cadence across all active platforms and manage communities — comments and DMs within SLA. Daily: monitor organic and paid performance per platform; keep paid campaigns within budget discipline. Weekly: diagnose underperformers, amplify what works, and adjust to algorithm shifts. Monthly: deliver the content-to-pipeline attribution report — which platform drove the most demo requests. Always: coordinate with Creative Soldiers (content), Branding (compliance), and Newsletter (cross-pollination). Multiple platforms, scheduling tools, performance tracking. You understand platform algorithms well enough to adjust when reach drops — not just post and hope. You can manage paid campaigns on Meta or paid search — setup, targeting, budget management, ROAS monitoring. You respond to community engagement fast. Comments, DMs, mentions — within hours, not days. You track attribution. You can answer "which platform drove the most demo requests this month?" with data. You maintain a content calendar. Publishing on schedule is non-negotiable, not aspirational. Bonus Points For Experience with B2B SaaS marketing on social platforms Experience with Buffer, Hootsuite, or equivalent scheduling tools Experience with Meta Ads Manager and paid search Experience with LinkedIn organic growth strategies Comfort with AI copilots for performance analysis and content briefs The Mindset We Hire For Consistency compounds.
