Leasing Agent- Woods Grove

Overview Cornerstone Residential is a property management company that manages over 23,000 housing units across 229 communities. The Leasing Agent is responsible for welcoming prospective residents, assisting with property tours, processing rental applications, securing lease agreements, and supporting lease renewals while complying with Fair Housing Laws. Compensation: $18‑$20 per hour, DOE, and eligible for monthly commissions. Shift: Monday‑Friday 8 am‑5 pm. Responsibilities Maintain positive communication with applicants, residents, vendors, clients, and guests. Achieve occupancy levels set by owner/budget expectations. Use professional leasing techniques to meet target closing ratios. Assist with monthly market survey completion and marketing strategies. Update online marketing listings daily and promote resident retention programs. Document resident files, maintain confidentiality, and manage reporting systems. Assist with risk management reporting of injuries, illnesses, and property damage. Support facility maintenance by logging resident requests, documenting needs, and ensuring timely completion. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience in a residential property management or similar role. Experience in hospitality, retail, sales, or customer service considered. High school diploma or equivalent. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and current motor vehicle insurance. Proficiency in English (speaking, reading, writing). Strong computer skills (MS Office, Google Apps, property management software, email, internet, social media).
