Grounds PersonOT Management is looking to hire a Grounds Person.Responsibilities:Clean Stairwells.Bush and tree trimming.Powerwashing.Keep interiors and exteriors clean.Move materials into apartments.Removes trash and bring to dumpsters.Clean apartments.The Following Is Preferred, Not Necessarily Needed:Light electric, light plumbing.Assist other team members.Sweep and vacuum hvac units.Filter Changing.Sheetrock, spackle and paint units.Requirements:Must have valid drivers license.Must be a team player.
