We provide training, tools, resources, and ongoing coaching to help you reach your earning goals. This is a commission-driven role with the opportunity to earn between 30% and 80% of production. Responsibilities Build and maintain relationships with clients, hiring managers, and job candidates. Partner with clients to assist in filling urgent positions Connect clients with qualified candidates resulting in placements Proficient use of recruiting tools and materials Cold call, qualify, screen and prep candidates and clients for interviews and assist in negotiating job offers Conduct reference checks on candidates Requirements Excellent verbal and written communication skills Consistently perform high outbound activity to source clients and candidates Comfortable establishing relationships over the phone Act with integrity, confidentiality, and an ethical mindset Effective negotiation skills A degree is preferred but not required Successful completion of gpac training and all training requirements Compensation and Benefits Base salary begins at $35,568 annually (paid $1,482.00 twice monthly). In addition, commissions can range from $40k to $500k+ annually. Commissions are not capped. After the waiting period, eligibility to participate in gpac benefits includes health, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, and a 401k plan.
