Critical Care Registered Nurse (RN) Intensive Care Unit Cardiovascular Indianapolis, IN. This position involves providing specialized nursing care in a dedicated cardiac critical care unit. The role supports patients requiring ventilator management, titratable vasoactive drips, and post-procedure monitoring, with an emphasis on delivering exceptional patient outcomes.

Job Details

• Location: Indianapolis, IN
• Shift: Nights (7:00 PM 7:30 AM)
• Schedule: 36 hours per week with minimum guaranteed hours
• Required Qualifications: BLS, ACLS certifications; associates or higher nursing degree; Indiana licensure; 2-3 years of critical care nursing experience, including ventilator management with respiratory therapy support, and handling titratable vasoactive drips
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience caring for post-Cath STEMI, NSTEMI patients, and medical ICU overflow; ability to manage advanced equipment such as vents, Arctic Sun, temporary pacemakers, and Swan-Ganz catheters
• Additional Information: Must have critical care background and ventilator experience, including titratable vasoactive drips; familiarity with epic EMR system; strong patient monitoring capabilities; capable of adapting to unit-specific protocols and equipment
