A-LEVEL PRODUCTION AUTO TECHNICIAN – $100K–$150K+ | HIGH VOLUME SHOP | WEEKLY PAY

We’re hiring an A-Level Production Technician who can diagnose, produce, and flag hours consistently in a busy, structured shop.

$33.80–$35.62/hr base + production bonus
Top techs earning $100K–$150K+
50–60 cars/week = steady workflow
Well-equipped shop (ADAS, alignment, Snap-On, Autel)

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Accurate diagnostics (electrical, drivability, AC systems)
Bumper-to-bumper repairs
Maintaining 100%+ efficiency consistently
Proper inspection and documentation
Communicating findings with advisors

Minimum Requirements (Must-Have)

2+ years experience as an A-Level Automotive Technician
Strong diagnostic ability (not a parts changer)
Experience with scan tools and modern systems
Proven ability to maintain 100%+ efficiency
Own tools required
Valid driver’s license

Preferred

ASE certifications
High-volume or flat-rate shop experience
Tekmetric experience
