Role Description The Real Estate Specialist is a full‑time, on‑site role based in the Nashville Metropolitan Area, focused on helping clients buy, sell, and lease residential or commercial properties. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include prospecting for new clients, conducting property showings, preparing and presenting offers, and guiding clients through negotiations and closing processes. The role involves researching local market trends, comparable sales, and property values to advise clients and support sound decision‑making. The Real Estate Specialist will collaborate with lenders, inspectors, appraisers, and other real estate professionals to ensure smooth transactions and positive client experiences. The position also includes maintaining accurate records, using brokerage technology platforms and CRM tools, and participating in team meetings, trainings, and community or networking events. Qualifications Strong foundation in Real Estate and Real Property, with the ability to interpret contracts, disclosures, and local regulations. Experience or interest in Sales and Real Estate Development, including lead generation, pipeline management, and deal negotiation. Proven Customer Service skills, with a client‑first mindset and the ability to communicate clearly and professionally. Active or in‑progress real estate license for the state of Tennessee (or eligibility to obtain one within a defined timeframe). Comfort using real estate software, CRM systems, and digital marketing tools to manage listings and client communications. Strong organizational, time‑management, and follow‑up abilities, with attention to detail in documentation and compliance. Ability to work on‑site in the Nashville Metropolitan Area, including travel to properties, inspections, and meetings as needed.
