Overall job functions include:Clarity (Tools and systems: Great Plains):* Assist in making monthly journal entries.* Monthly accounts reconciliation.* Assist in invoice process. + Generating monthly SaaS accounts receivables. + Customer communications regarding monthly AR aging collections.* Filing and reports generation at the direction of the Controller.Criterions (Tools and systems: QuickBooks):* Assist in generating monthly invoices to around 350 customers.* Journal entry for invoices details into QuickBooks.* Work on Reqgolic to verify employees’ expense reports.* Assist in invoice process. + Generating monthly SaaS accounts receivables. + Customer communications regarding monthly AR aging collections.* Assist in Volaris quarterly deliverables.* Filing and reports generation at the direction of the Controller.**QUALIFICATIONS FOR BASIC JOB REQUIREMENTS*****: (Key qualifications to perform this role along with years of experience required for each skill area.)***1-2 years of study in Business Administration courses. Intern position will require orientation to Quickbooks and Great Plains.**EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS**: ***(Indicate the basic educational requirement; type of degree required; certifications and/or licensure.)***Undergraduate student with course of study including Finance or Accounting or equivalent.**SUPERVISORY AUTHORITY*****: (Will this person supervise employees, if so, how many?)***N/A## ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:Employee acknowledges that he/she must remain in compliance with and HIPAA, security, and cybersecurity policies and procedures that are located in both the Employee Handbook as well as the appropriate policy folder in S:\Document Management\HIPAA & Compliance.Financial recordings and reports are handled with significant access control and sensitivity.
