Job Description: - Shift Details: - 3 shifts of 12 hours each: 0645-1915 - One or two weekday on-call shifts: 1900-0715 (typically one call unless short-staffed) - One full weekend of call every 5 weeks - Flexibility in scheduling to adapt to unit and patient care needs - Requirements: - Basic Life Support (BLS) required; Certified Nurse Operating Room (CNOR) preferred - Prior travel experience is a must - Experience in Scrub Hearts is essential - Minimum 2 years of experience as an OR RN - Recent and high competency in Cardio Vascular / Open Heart OR - Experience in a large, academic, teaching hospital is required - Must be willing to float to other OR Suites such as General, Ortho, Neuro, ENT - If floated, duties will be to circulate; scrubbing is not required - Epic experience within the last 2 years is required and non-negotiable - Additional Information: - Orientation occurs bi-weekly on Mondays - No block schedules are permitted - Ensure all employment gaps over 90 days are explained - Complete work history information is required for submission - Reliable personal transportation is necessary; public transport is not accessible - Vehicles should have all-season or snow tires during November to April Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol): At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
