Purpose Brands 414 is the umbrella organization for several redemptive, marketplace-driven initiatives including Beautiful Lives Thrift Boutique, Bold Lives Men's Thrift (launching in 2026), and Thrift Out. Purpose Brands 414 is seeking a highly motivated woman to steward the role of Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of the Beautiful Lives Thrift Boutique Siloam Springs Store. As a Store Manager, she will play a crucial role in leading a team, maintaining exceptional in-store experiences, and advancing the mission of PB414. She will be responsible for cultivating a welcoming and elevated store environment, leading and coaching team, contributing strong visual merchandising, executing sales strategies, and promoting the mission of PB414 in the community. Her leadership and commitment to the core values of PB414 will inspire and empower paid team and volunteer team to provide outstanding service at every opportunity.

The Store Manager will be entrusted with the responsibility of being the hands and feet of Jesus towards customers, volunteers, and fellow team members in the store. Since ministry is the "why" and thrift is the "how" then her primary focus will be going above and beyond in helping customers feel seen and cared for while also maintaining an attractive and efficient shopping environment through consistent follow through of job responsibilities.

Primary responsibilities include providing visionary leadership, overseeing and leading daily store operations, scheduling and managing a paid staff team, maintaining floor inventory, collaborating with the Marketing Director and Purpose Brands 414 Leadership to plan and coordinate in-store events, implementing the annual pricing strategy, ensuring efficient point-of-sale operations, training new hires, maintaining a clean and organized sales floor, overseeing visual merchandising, fostering a culture of human flourishing, tracking receipts and expenses, providing ongoing support, managing store supplies, communicating store updates, conducting monthly team meetings, attending Level 10 meetings, training sessions, and development programs, and conducting quarterly one-on-one meetings with direct reports.

Qualifications include embodying and exemplifying the core values of Purpose Brands 414, strong attention to detail, demonstrated leadership and team management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in point-of-sale systems and cash handling procedures, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, experience in training and developing team members, outstanding organizational and time management skills, collaborative mindset, passion for PB414 mission, flexibility to adapt to changing priorities, previous retail management experience, and availability to work weekends and extended hours.

Additional qualifications include previous experience in leading a team, volunteer management, event planning, or community engagement, strong organizational and time management skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, resilience under pressure, proficiency in Google Suite and willingness to learn database/CRM management software, ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, commitment to PB414's mission, vision, purpose, and core values, understanding and appreciation of the benefits of volunteer contributions, innovative thinker capable of generating creative solutions, and ability to lift at least 50 pounds regularly.
