CDL-A Regional Truck Driver – Upper Midwest Operating Area

Home 3–4x/Week | $2,500 Sign-On | $1,500–$1,700 Avg/Wk ($100k Top Potential)

Hiring Class A CDL drivers for a dedicated retail account delivering across IL, WI, IN, MI, IA, and KY. Enjoy strong mileage rates, high-payout activity pay, and regular weekly home time.

• Earnings: $1,500–$1,700/week average (Top performers reach $2,000+/week | $75,000–$100,000 annual range)
• CPM Scale: $0.82 (3–11 mos) | $0.83 (12–23 mos) | $0.84 (24–35 mos) | $0.85 (36+ mos)
• Activity & Bonus Pay: $245 per unloaded trailer | $70 backhaul pay | $25 per stop | $2,500 Sign-On Bonus ($250 at 1st load, 30, 60 days; $500 at 90 days; $250 at 120, 150 days; $750 at 180 days)
• Home Time & Schedule: Home 3–4 times per week (generally every other day for 10-hour rest periods) | 7-day operational availability required with shifting delivery schedules
• Freight & Handling: 100% manual trailer offloading | ~800–1,000 miles/week across consistent multi-state routes
• Fleet & Onboarding: Late-model Freightliners and Internationals | Paid 2-day ride-along orientation ($150/day) | Full healthcare benefits & 401(k) at 60 days + paid vacation starting at 1 year

• CDL Credentials & Experience: Must possess a valid Class A commercial license and current DOT medical card | Requires at least 90 days of documented Class A road experience in the last 3 years
• Location & Equipment Parking: Must reside within the Upper Midwest regional hiring radius | Truck and trailer must be parked strictly at designated company distribution hubs or terminals (no home driveway parking)
• Work Expectations: Physical capacity for heavy manual unloading | Willingness to adapt to variable weekly start times and weekend/holiday delivery runs
• Background Check: Clean driving record and background check (Not SAP friendly)
