We're on the hunt for a reliable, hands-on, and self-motivated technician to join our dynamic Landscape Lighting & Irrigation Team ! This seasonal (April through November) outdoor role offers the perfect mix of creativity, problem-solving, and technical work – no cubicle required. As our next Outdoor Lighting & Irrigation Technician , you'll help install and maintain: Energy-efficient low-voltage landscape lighting Outdoor audio systems Smart irrigation systems that keep lawns looking sharp Whether it’s wiring up a stunning backyard setup or tweaking an irrigation system to perfection, you’ll be making a real impact on clients’ outdoor spaces – and you’ll have fun doing it. What You'll Be Doing: Take ownership of job sites and keep them running smooth Work with lighting, wiring, transformers, amps, and audio systems Perform irrigation system installations and repairs Keep work areas tidy and respectful of client property Communicate with clients and team members like a pro Always be learning – from lighting tricks to irrigation upgrades Work both solo and with a team – whatever gets the job done! ✅ What We’re Looking For: Someone who loves working outdoors – rain or shine A strong work ethic and great attention to detail Comfortable with tools, wiring, and getting a little dirty At least 18 years old with a valid Minnesota driver’s license Able to pass a background check Excellent communicator and problem-solver Respectful, reliable, and safety-focused ️ Bonus Points If You Have: 3+ years of lighting, irrigation, landscaping, or electrical experience Leadership experience on a crew Bilingual skills (especially Spanish – huge plus!)
