Responsibilities Responsible for the preparation of food items, ensuring speed and accurate preparation in accordance with Outback’s quality specifications. Work in designated kitchen zones – Salad, Fry, Dessert, Sauté, Grill, Make‑Up, and Kitchen Prep. Maintain equipment and cleanliness of work areas. Collaborate with the team to meet food preparation and delivery standards. Adhere to safe food handling, sanitation, and safety standards throughout the shift. Prepare food using proper safety equipment, tools, and recipe specifications under management direction. Restock kitchen supplies and keep the cook line ready as needed. Requirements Ability to lift and/or move up to 30 lbs.; work in hot and cold environments. Ability to walk, stand, and bend for long periods while performing essential job duties. Vision abilities to include distance, close, color, depth, and peripheral; ability to adjust focus.
