Job Description
Exciting Opportunity for Pharmacists in Inpatient Pharmacy!

- Shift: Variable 10 Hour Days from 0600-2200
- Schedule: Every other weekend and on-call required (1 night a week)
- Required Certifications:
- Colorado Pharmacist License
- BLS (AHA)

- Department Overview:
- Cover all hospital service areas: ER, ICU, Inpatient, Imaging, Cath, Hospice, etc.
- Engage in dynamic duties such as:
- Pyxis pulls
- Patient review
- Drug Therapy Monitoring (DTMs)
- Medication Dispensing Rounds (MDR)
- Phone Triage
- Medication protocols/dosing

- Must-Have Skills:
- Experience with Sterile Compounding
- Strong background in hospital pharmacy operations
- Friendly, flexible, and hardworking individuals sought

- Team Dynamics:
- Collaborate with Pharmacy Manager/Supervisor: Anna Swanson
- Work alongside Pharmacy Techs

- Shifts & Scheduling:
- Enjoy a variety of shifts within the 10-hour workday
- Self-scheduling options are not available
- Weekend Coverage: Every 4-6 weeks

- Orientation & Training:
- Comprehensive orientation provided including:
- CSH general orientation
- Department-specific orientation

- Dress Code:
- Hospital-laundered scrubs are provided

- Cancellation Policy:
- Hospital can cancel up to 4 shifts per 13-week assignment

- Charting System:
- Utilize Epic as an EHR
- Pyxis for dispensing and sterile compounding products
