Schedule: Full-time

Compensation:

$90,000 - $110,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough patient assessments to develop personalized treatment plans that promote recovery and enhance mobility.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care and optimal treatment outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises and lifestyle modifications to support ongoing health and wellness.
• Utilize advanced therapeutic techniques to manage pain and improve patient functionality effectively.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records to track progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Participate in regular team meetings to share insights and contribute to the continuous improvement of our care practices.
• Stay informed about the latest advancements in physical therapy to integrate innovative approaches into patient care strategies.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Washington, committed to delivering high-quality patient care.
• Experience in conducting comprehensive patient assessments to develop personalized treatment plans.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Proven track record of educating patients and their families on therapeutic exercises and lifestyle modifications.
• Proficiency in utilizing advanced therapeutic techniques for effective pain management and improved patient functionality.
• Strong skills in maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records to track progress and adjust treatment plans.
• Eagerness to stay informed about the latest advancements in physical therapy and integrate innovative approaches into patient care strategies.
