Act as the primary point of contact for customers seeking automotive services
Provide a warm welcome and attentive service to all clients
Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues
Communicate service recommendations and pricing to customers
Schedule appointments and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
Coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient and timely completion of services
Maintain a clean and organized service area
Stay up-to-date on automotive trends and technologies
Qualifications:
Prior experience in customer service or automotive industry preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
