Job Summary:

Seeking a highly skilled CT/X-Ray Tech for a travel assignment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in both specialties, providing exceptional imaging services across diverse clinical settings.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Position patients on examining tables and adjust immobilization devices to acquire optimal views as requested by physicians.
  
  
• 
  Operate and adjust radiographic and fluoroscopic equipment to set appropriate exposure parameters.
  
  
• 
  Perform routine diagnostic procedures, including fluoroscopy, digital radiography, portables, and OR c-arm imaging.
  
  
• 
  Operate film processing machines and mobile radiographic equipment at patient bedside, emergency rooms, or operating rooms.
  
  
• 
  Practice radiation safety techniques to minimize exposure to patients and staff.
  
  
• 
  Prioritize workflow efficiently and communicate effectively with healthcare team members.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Have 2+ years of current CT Tech experience in a hospital setting.
  
  
• 
  Possess 2+ years of current X-Ray Tech experience in a hospital setting.
  
  
• 
  Be proficient in fluoroscopy, digital radiography, portables, and OR c-arm imaging.
  
  
• 
  Hold an active New Hampshire Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy License or equivalent state license.
  
  
• 
  Maintain active American Heart Association BLS certification and ARRT registration.
  
  
• 
  Demonstrate experience working with all age groups.
