We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Part-Time Receptionist to join our team at Covington Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation. As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for organizing our office and staff, handling incoming phone calls, and distributing messages. Responsibilities:

• Work as part of a team to maintain a positive and efficient office environment

• Prioritize multiple tasks, set priorities, and meet deadlines with ease

• Handle day-to-day operations, including setting up facility transportations and coding invoices

• Maintain confidentiality regarding company information

• Interact with people in a professional and courteous manner

• Handle medical records and other administrative tasks

Requirements:

• 1 year of experience in customer service (preferred)

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

• Ability to manage multiple tasks with ease and prioritize deadlines

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
