Working here is an unbelievable privilege and it will be something I carry with me for the rest of my life!"- Sunrise Team Member At Sunrise, our Care Partner is responsible for providing the highest degree of quality care and services to a consistent group of residents and their families in our Terrace Club neighborhood.Responsibilities & Qualifications:Hiring for 11-7 shift Responsibilities:Promoting alliance with the residents to help create successful days through prompting, cueing, and remindersProviding hands on care, physical and emotional support as outlined in each resident's Individualized Service Plan (ISP)Maintaining a safe, comfortable home like environmentQualifications:High School diploma / GED accepted and may be required per state regulationsMust be at least 18 years of agePrevious experience working with seniors preferred and desire to serve and care for seniorsAbility to make choices, decisions and act in the resident's best interestAbility to react and remain calm in difficult situationsAbility to handle multiple prioritiesPossess written and verbal skills for effective communication and a level of understandingCompetent in organizational, time management skillsDemonstrates good judgment, problem solving and decision making skillsSunrise considers the health and safety of its residents, family members, and team members as its highest priorities.
