Drive month-on-month and YTD regional revenue growth. Ensure early and consistent contribution from the first month. Plan and track regional business performance and forecasts. 2. Gross Margin Improvement Achieve minimum 1% YoY improvement in regional gross margins. Improve margins through pricing discipline, upselling, cost optimization, and operational efficiency. Ensure new business is margin accretive. 3. Collections & DSO Management. Ensure timely collections as per agreed credit terms. Maintain healthy DSO through coordination with finance and operations. 4. Client Retention & Satisfaction. Manage escalations and maintain positive client satisfaction scores. 5. Billable Employee Retention. Reduce site-level attrition of billable employees. Improve workforce stability and customer satisfaction. Lead successful technology rollouts (e.g., Field IQ) at site and regional levels. Drive adoption, compliance, and measurable outcomes 7. Governance, Quality & Process Compliance. Drive timely closure of helpdesk tickets. Ensure strong quality audit and compliance scores. 8. Leadership & Stakeholder Management. Lead and align with cross-functional teams.
