Care & Life Skills Specialist Behavioral Health
Centerstone
Centerstone is a nonprofit behavioral health system seeking part-time staff to provide person-centered support to clients, coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team, and connect individuals with community resources. The role includes crisis intervention and assisting clients in developing life skills and goals.
Responsibilities include maintaining clinical records, delivering services in various settings, and working within established guidelines to ensure high-quality care.
