Full Time Assistant Manager

We are looking to hire hard‑working, outgoing, energetic restaurant management personnel who can excel at the tasks listed in this fast‑paced, fast‑casual restaurant. Flexible schedule required; nights and weekends are mandatory. Restaurant experience is preferred. The role demands a 50‑hour work week with up to 10 hours of overtime. Health insurance, quarterly bonus, and 90 hours of PTO per year are available after 90 days of full‑time employment, provided required certifications are in place. Responsibilities Manage and effectively train all personnel each shift. Oversee inventory management and adhere to COGS goals. Ensure all daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly tasks and checklists are completed correctly and on time. Ensure daily cash drawers, the safe, and credit cards are balanced. Operate the restaurant to meet or exceed budgeted operating goals. Maintain all product quality standards. Create an accountability culture that fosters growth. Lead the team, following all policies and procedures, and coach and evaluate performance. Assist the GM with hiring and scheduling staff to provide a quality guest experience while maintaining labor cost goals. Provide friendly, enthusiastic service for all guests; greet them promptly upon entry and thank them on departure. Maintain awareness of current promotions and supply levels. Explain menu items, answer questions, and upsell. Represent the Zaxby’s brand enthusiastically. Accurately complete orders and transactions. Training & Certifications Zaxby’s Front‑of‑House and Back‑of‑House development plans. ZFL Assistant Manager Certification. ServSafe Certification. Shoulder‑to‑shoulder, hands‑on station training.
