We value incredible people with incredible skills – but your commitment to a greater cause is something we value even more.In this role as a Physical Therapist (PT), you will be responsible for a continuum of services providing care to patients with neuromuscular, orthopedic and other physically-related disorders requiring mobility training, strengthening, modalities, specialized manual therapy and neuromuscular reeducation. As a Physical Therapist you will also utilizes rehab process to promote and restore optimal health and well-being of the patient. While in this position you will assume personal accountability for organizational mission and core values.Job RequirementsPrevious work experience providing direct patient care in outpatient, inpatient or inpatient rehab unit preferredPrior use of electronic medical records (EMR), preferredBachelor Degree in Physical Therapy requiredMaster's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy, preferredCurrent Utah state licensure as a Physical Therapist requiredBLS through the American Heart Association requiredDry Needling Certification or Education preferredPhysical Requirements-Exert up to 50lbs force occasionally, and/or up to 20lbs frequently, and/or up to 10lbs constantlyHoly Cross Hospital - West Valley is known for offering a broad spectrum of medical services and specialty clinics to care for the diverse healthcare needs of our growing community.
