Our client, a leading logistics and warehousing organization, is seeking a Warehouse Worker - Forklift Operator to join their team. As a Warehouse Worker - Forklift Operator, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting the logistics team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Worker - Forklift Operator

Location: WILMER, TX

Pay Range: $20-21/hr plus incentives

Shift: 1st (4am-2:30pm) & 2nd (3pm-3am) ***Must be able to work either Sunday-Wednesday OR Wednesday-Saturday

What's the Job?

• Operate Crown & Yale forklifts, pallet jacks, and a variety of warehouse mechanical equipment (where applicable)
• Assist with inventory management and stock organization
• Ensure safety protocols are followed during all warehouse activities
• Support team members with various warehouse projects and tasks as assigned
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

What's Needed?

• Standing deep reach lift experience is required, preferably on Crown or Yale brand
• Additional forklift experience is a plus
• Ability to operate mechanical equipment safely and efficiently
• Ability to lift 100-120lbs as needed
• Ability to work in cold environments (28-55 Degrees Fahrenheit)
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Good communication skills and teamwork orientation
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks
