Candidates should be comfortable with frequent movement, travel within the assigned area, and direct client interaction.Required QualificationsActive LPN/LVN licenseGraduate of an accredited LPN/LVN programCurrent BLS certificationValid driver's license and reliable transportationPreferred ExperienceExperience working with individuals with IDD/DD populationsLong-term care or community-based nursing experienceExperience with electronic health records (EHR)
