Join Stanley Black & Decker and help manufacture products for some of the world's most recognized brands, including DEWALT, CRAFTSMAN, STANLEY, BLACK+DECKER, IRWIN, and LENOX. We are looking for dependable, detail-oriented individuals to join our manufacturing team in East Longmeadow.

Pay:
$21.00 per hour

Schedule:
Monday – Friday
5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Training schedule: 8 hours per day

What You'll Do:

• Operate coating and grinding equipment while following established processes
• Load and unload parts, tools, and equipment
• Set up fixtures and prepare parts for processing
• Clean and prepare processing chambers
• Monitor process cycles and ensure quality standards are met
• Perform basic troubleshooting and assist with process adjustments
• Complete basic maintenance on machines, vacuum chambers, and related equipment
• Perform blasting, cleaning, and general site maintenance tasks
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Support additional production activities as needed

Qualifications :

• Mechanical aptitude is required
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to troubleshoot and follow detailed work instructions
• Basic knowledge of vacuum technology or physics is a plus
• Ability to work flexible hours as needed
