Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans, including crisis plans, behavioral guidelines, and medication treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.

  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of documentation that meets regulatory standards, supporting compliance and quality of care.

  • Utilize evidence-based screening tools as indicated by the clinical team to guide treatment decisions effectively.

  • Collaborate with fellow clinicians to create and implement positive behavior support plans for clients.
  • \n
  • Actively participate in licensing and accreditation processes, ensuring compliance with state and organizational standards.
  • \n
  • Serve as a liaison to external service systems, state agencies, and community partners to facilitate comprehensive care.
  • \n
  • Maintain open lines of communication with stakeholders to meet contract standards and promote the mission of the clinic within the community.

  • Establish and nurture relationships with local, state, federal, and private organizations to enhance program visibility and secure funding sources.

  • Engage in professional development activities such as attending conferences and participating in statewide meetings pertinent to your expertise.

  • Promote and embody the clinic's mission, values, and philosophy in all interactions and initiatives.

  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director, ensuring ongoing support for organizational goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will work with come from diverse backgrounds, presenting varied mental health needs including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral challenges. Your role as an LMHC will involve creating a safe and supportive environment where clients can feel empowered to express themselves and work towards recovery.

Qualifications\n

  • A Master’s Degree in a mental health field is required.

  • Valid and independent LMHC license is mandatory.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, between USD 120,000 to 140,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a base salary, we offer:
