We are currently seeking a Marketing Coordinator / Executive Assistant to join our team. This full-time position is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys balancing executive support with marketing responsibilities.

Position Details

• Title: Marketing Coordinator / Executive Assistant

• Salary: $65,000 annually

• Schedule: Full-time, 50-hour work week

Position Summary

The Marketing Coordinator / Executive Assistant will provide direct executive support while assisting with a variety of marketing initiatives. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, the ability to multitask effectively, and strong written and verbal communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage calendars and scheduling

• Coordinate meetings and appointments

• Track projects and follow up on action items

• Provide administrative support to executive leadership

• Assist with social media coordination

• Support marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives

• Communicate with vendors and external partners

• Organize marketing content and materials

• Perform additional administrative and marketing duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail

• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace

• Restaurant, hospitality, or retail experience is preferred but not required
