FLOOR TECHNICIAN (FULL TIME AND PART TIME) We are hiring immediately for full time and part time FLOOR TECHNICIAN positions. Location : Texas Health - 6200 West Parker Road, Plano, TX 75093. Online applications accepted only. Schedule : Full time and part time; days may vary (5:00 pm to 1:30 am). Rotating weekends, second shift. More details upon interview. Requirement : Prior floor care experience required. Pay Range : $16.50 per hour to $18.00 per hour. Job Summary Floor Technician is responsible for floor maintenance, restoration, and the operation of industrial floor care equipment. Essential Functions Maintain knowledge of principles of hard‑surface floor maintenance and use proper procedures on hard floor care including stripping and refinishing, burnishing, spray cleaning, and spray buffing. Operate various types of industrial floor care equipment. Utilize automated equipment for cleaning large areas of floor surface. Use proper procedures on carpet and upholstery including shampooing, damp surface handling, extractions, spot cleaning, and vacuuming. Perform maintenance and restorative processes for all floor surface types. Other duties as assigned by manager. Qualifications Previous experience as a floor care technician or related role preferred. Proven knowledge of floor care equipment and techniques required. Knowledge and ability to follow safety procedures. Requires frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling up to 50 lbs.
