Job Overview
As a Customer Service Specialist, you will serve as the face of our company, providing top-notch service to ensure customer satisfaction. Your role will involve handling customer inquiries, processing orders, and promoting our products and services.
Primary Responsibilities
- Adhere to established processes to meet or exceed customer care standards.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude at all times.
- Develop comprehensive knowledge of our product portfolio and procedures.
- Ensure one-call resolution by following through on all commitments.
- Effectively communicate promotions and services to customers.
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Document and resolve customer complaints promptly.
- Communicate regularly with leadership to address customer issues.
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing training for skill enhancement.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work 100% onsite in Youngstown, OH.
- Must wear closed-toe shoes.
- Availability to work 40 hours per week from 8 am to 5 pm.
Preferences
- Previous experience in customer service or call center roles.
- Familiarity with customer service software and tools.
