If that sounds like an environment that would bring out the best in you, then keep reading!What You’ll DoLead and deliver workplace and life sciences projects from concept through completionPartner closely with clients to understand their business, culture, and technical requirements — translating them into thoughtful, high-performing design solutionsDrive design excellence across all stages, from test fits and concepts to full construction documentationCollaborate with Design Principals and cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life through our integrated design-build approachLead project teams in producing drawings, finish palettes, and fully coordinated documentation setsPresent and communicate design ideas clearly and confidently to clients and stakeholdersEnsure all designs align with building systems, codes, and technical requirements, including highly regulated environments where applicableBalance creativity with constructability, ensuring designs are as deliverable as they are impactfulContribute to a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvementHow You’ll Make an ImpactDeliver design solutions that elevate both user experience and business performanceBuild strong, trusted relationships with clients and project teamsConsistently produce high-quality, coordinated, and technically sound documentationContribute to winning work through compelling presentations and design narrativesBring new ideas, perspectives, and creative thinking to the teamHelp shape spaces that support the future of work and innovation in life sciencesWhat You Bring8+ years of interior design experience, with strong exposure to workplace projects and ideally life sciences environmentsA strong design portfolio that demonstrates both creativity and technical depthAdvanced proficiency in Revit and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)Experience with Enscape or similar visualization toolsProven ability to lead projects and guide teams through all phases of designStrong understanding of construction documentation, detailing, and buildabilityKnowledge of building codes and standards; experience with regulated environments is a plusConfidence in presenting to clients and leading design conversationsA collaborative mindset with the ability to work across disciplines and time zonesA proactive, solutions-oriented approach with strong attention to detailEducation & CertificationsBachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related fieldNCIDQ, AIA, or LEED accreditation is a plusWhat We Will OfferYou’ll gain exposure to the design and construction industry in an agile and collaborative global firm.
