What We’re Looking For We are actively seeking applicants who have prior experience in: Window cleaning, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, or soft washing Holiday lighting installation or seasonal exterior work Field service or exterior maintenance in residential or commercial settings We’re looking for people who: ✅ Have 1–3+ years of relevant field experience ✅ Take pride in a job well done and value high standards ✅ Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and teammates ✅ Are dependable, self-motivated, and eager to grow ✅ Have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation ✅ Can work comfortably on ladders and rooftops ✅ Have a smartphone and are available 30–40 hours per week If you’ve been the go-to person on past crews—or want to become one—we’re ready to help you take the next step.
