IT Application Support Specialist

Responsibilities Administer and manage user profiles, roles, and permissions across Microsoft AD/O365, uSUITE, and relevant vendor systems. Monitor, triage, and resolve application related tickets assigned to the Application Development team. Support the rollout, configuration, and troubleshooting of end user applications and software systems. Collaborate with business analysts and operational teams to translate business requirements into application workflows. Maintain clear and accurate technical support documentation, including application guides, access/permissions procedures, and recurring operational processes. Participate in application testing, release activities, and version control processes. Monitor performance and ensure stability of end user systems based on organizational requirements. Troubleshoot system issues and outages in a timely and professional manner. Provide after hours or weekend support for scheduled implementations, migrations, or conversions as needed. Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience as a System Administrator, Helpdesk Administrator, IT Support Specialist, or similar IT infrastructure role. Strong experience with Microsoft operating systems, O365, and related platforms. Demonstrated resourcefulness, analytical thinking, and problem solving ability. Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team oriented environment. Experience supporting Investran, FIS VPM, or Hedge tek is helpful but not required. Familiarity with FreshDesk or similar ticketing systems is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
