Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

Financial Planning & Analysis ManagerYamaha is seeking to fill a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager role for our facility in Kennesaw, GA. This role will provide tactical leadership over forecasting, budgeting and month-end analysis processes for the Yamaha Marine business unit as well as direct supervision and development of FP&A analysts.What you'll be doing:Oversee/responsible for the monthly rolling forecast, annual budget, and monthend financial analysis as well as the mid-term / long term financial planCollaborate with business unit leaders on key assumptions (volume, pricing, costs, etc.) for financial forecasts / budgetsPrepare monthly management reports for financial overviews for the consolidated Marine Business Unit as well as by operating segmentLead the development and continuous improvement of planning models, tools and processesSupport management reporting and analysis around product / division level profitability and breakeven performanceLead the development of KPI scorecards and reports to management communicating summarized key insights to drive forward looking strategic planning and decision making.Supervise and develop technical skills and business knowledge of direct reports in enhancing FP&A processes and proceduresOther duties as required.What you need to be successful:BA in Business accounting or finance5 - 7 years operational experienceProficient in Microsoft office with strength in Power Point, Access and ExcelExperience with SAP and Business objectsAbility to travel up to 15%Don't meet every single requirement?
