Description:

MercyOne Waterloo General Surgery is seeking a bread and butter general surgeon. The practice offers state-of-the-art diagnostics and robotics, block time, shared call, and a strong referral base. The facility is a Level III Regional Trauma Center in Waterloo, and the surgeon will work at both Waterloo Medical Center and Cedar Falls Medical Center. The organization is H-1B cap exempt and accepts J-1 candidates.

Compensation / Benefits:

• $462,444 x 2-year Guarantee with Production Incentive
• $70K Commencement Bonus
• $30K Longevity Bonus at the end of year 3
