Responsibilities:

Provide non-medical, in-home care to senior clients in Roseville, California and surrounding areas
Assist with daily living activities, such as personal care, light housekeeping, and companionship
Build strong relationships with clients and their families to understand their unique needs and preferences
Provide patient care services, including transfers, ambulation, and medication reminders
Maintain accurate records of client care and submit reports as required
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
