Kahn Architecture is seeking 1-2 Senior Job Captains / Project Architects to join their corporate interiors team. This mid-sized, interiors-focused firm specializes in office interiors, core facilities, lobbies, and capital improvement projects for building owners and tenants.

Additional Skills & Qualifications


The ideal candidate will: Lead and contribute to the documentation process for corporate interior projects. Coordinate with engineers (MEP, structural, acoustical), expeditors, contractors, and consultants. Manage DOB filings and shop drawing submittals. Possess strong AutoCAD skills and a high-level understanding of interior construction. Be comfortable assembling full sets of construction documents for filing and bidding. Have experience interacting with contractors on-site and reviewing submittals. Demonstrate excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $90000.00/yr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
