Description

Have a Heart is the fastest-growing cannabis retailer on the west coast with operating stores in WA and CA. We are currently seeking experienced Delivery Drivers to join us in Coalinga, CA !

Reporting to the Store Manager, the Delivery Driver is responsible for delivering online and phone orders to customers in the designated delivery zone, in a timely manner, while following all compliance regulations and company policies.

Requirements to be considered for this role include:

Current CA Driver's License and a clean driving records per company insurance requirements
Must be a minimum of 21 years of age.
Experience as a licensed driver in Coalinga, CA, with familiarity with the surrounding areas.
A minimum of five (5) years experience as a licensed driver in the United States
A minimum of two (2) years customer service and/or delivery driver experience
A minimum of two (2) years cash handling experience
Working knowledge of cannabis industry compliance and operational best practices helpful.

This position offers a competitive hourly pay rate PLUS tips!

Successful completion of a pre-employment background check, including a current motor vehicle record (MVR) is required. Delivery Drivers will be required to demonstrate ongoing eligibility for company vehicle insurance through regular checks of their MVR. A Live Scan is also required for Coalinga, CA.
