Customer Experience Specialist - Temp

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Temporary Customer Experience Specialist to join our team! This is a part-time role (3 days per week, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM), running from July through February, with some scheduling flexibility as needed.

Key Responsibilities:


Phone: Answer and manage incoming phone calls, direct inquiries to appropriate teammates, and provide excellent customer service.


Walk-in Traffic: Greet and assist current and potential customers, ensuring a positive and professional experience.


Basic Transactions: Key in simple financial transactions and maintain accurate records.


Scan/Index: Scan documents, index them into our system, and ensure proper filing for easy retrieval.


Order and Restock Supplies: Monitor inventory levels, order and restock office supplies as needed, and ensure availability of essential materials.


Meeting Preparation: Assist with preparing for meetings, including ordering and arranging lunch and other refreshments.


Mail/Distribution: Handle incoming and outgoing mail, distribute it to the appropriate departments or teammates.


Travel time: The ideal candidate should be open to traveling between offices as needed. This does not involve frequent travel, but flexibility to occasional travel when required is important.


Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Previous office experience preferred but not required.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

• Proficient in basic computer applications and office equipment.
