Required Certifications / Backgrounds Candidates must hold at least one of the following certifications or relevant professional experience: Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) Certified Personal Trainer (NASM, ACE, ISSA, NSCA, ACSM or similar) Group Fitness Instructor Certification Pilates Instructor Certification Dance Instructor Physical Therapist, Physical Therapist Assistant, or similar movement/rehabilitation background What You'll Do As a Flexologist, you'll deliver personalized assisted stretching sessions using our proprietary methods and protocols. Your role will include: Guiding clients through customized 25- and 50-minute one-on-one stretch sessions Educating clients on the benefits of mobility, recovery, and proper movement Creating a positive, motivating, and safe studio environment Building long-term relationships with clients to support their health and wellness goals Maintaining detailed client progress notes and feedback Participating in ongoing training and team meetings What We're Looking For Passion for health, wellness, and helping people move and feel better Outgoing and professional personality with excellent communication skills Ability to connect with clients and build trust quickly Team player who thrives in a supportive, growth-minded environment Willingness to complete StretchLabs in-house Flexologist Training Program (paid) Why Join StretchLab Norwood?
