What You’ll Do Maintain brand cleanliness standards for guest rooms and public areas and inspect them to ensure those standards are met. Train staff in all aspects of housekeeping, including guest service. Administer guest satisfaction inspection procedures and report. Plan work schedules and room assignments with minimum disruption to guests. Respond promptly to guests’ needs, demonstrating a commitment to guest service. Empower hotel staff to deliver great guest service by encouraging responsiveness to guests’ needs. Ensure housekeepers know responsibilities and manage against them. Recognize and correct conditions that may create security, fire, or accident hazards. Skills, Education and Experience Experience in a Room Attendant role or similar environment preferred. Attention to detail and thoroughness in work. Ability to work independently while meeting timelines. Physical Demands Stand for prolonged periods. Lift up to 50 pounds. Navigate various departments of the organization’s physical premises.
